Refrain from using our Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, software, and tools provided by LeadRocket remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your own intellectual property and grant us the right to use it only as necessary to perform the Services.

We do not share your Personal data/information (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone. etc) to any Third party vendor or company.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadRocket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for Services in the past three (3) months.

Any fees owed remain payable upon termination.
